The following link will take you too an article about rumors surrounding Facebook working with mobile handset manufacturer INQ to create a Facebook mobile phone. They way it would work is that when someone creates a Facebook account on an INQ handset, it will automatically set up a connection with Facebook. They have multiple phones set up. One will feature a keyboard while the other features an on-screen keyboard using touch screen technology. I found this interesting because social networks seem to be a major part of our society these days. It makes perfect sense that they would want to branch out into other areas. I have not hear of any other social network attempting to do this. Just like Ruckus Media Group, they would be way ahead of the competition if they could pull this off.

TEXTING OUR WAY TOLOVE ONE TEXT AT A TIME
Although must of us in have already seen this silly video from JMS 412, I found it relevant to this class because of how hilariously accurate this clip is on just how obsessed our society has become with our cell phones. From deciphering text lingo, to "flirtxting" and "booty-texting," our generation has become so dependent on our cell phones and using texting as a way to text your way to love, or even break-up with a partner...Because after all, no one answers their goddamn phones anymore right?
Many people around the world and the U.S are member of the successful social media Facebook. But after its success Facebook creator wants to take another step forward in technology; It wants to create its own smartphone. Facebook wants to go beyond that only creating applications for our cell-phones it wants to create one for its followers. This article talks about the steps taken by the company to accomplish this goal. But this raises a question would the Facebook smartphone as successful as its social network website?
